MND101 explores why creative thinking is necessary, what are the different types of tools & what are the opportunities for using creative thinking for self-realisation & impact everyday.

2-3 TIMES A WEEK
CORTEXFLEX connects you to your cognitive muscle as a powerhouse for productivity. Through a series of different mental push-ups, (focus, notice, re-engage) you learn to flex your imagination to it's fullest potential.
MND VISION
Observe, observe, observe
ONCE A WEEK
MIND VISION is all about sensing and understanding. By learning how to see you will gather unique insights and match them with hidden needs. In this process, your perspective will shift by your new observations.
MND WANDER
Increasing imagination
ONCE A WEEK
The MIND WANDER session focuses on using the skills learned in previous sessions, building on outcomes, & learning ideation tools to expand one’s imagination.

MIND SHIFT focuses solely on exercises that shift your perspective. By learning to look at things differently and how to reframe your ideas,

Designing action
ONCE A WEEK
MIND ACTION builds on your skills of ideation and imagination to learn how to test and iterate our ideas, including learning how to draw on feedback to improve our ideas and techniques for better impact moving forward.

TRANSFORMATIONS
This customisable program focuses on the development of individuals creative capacity and ability to think creatively.
SOLUTIONS
This program targets specific challenges that need to be addressed finding unique opportunities for creative solutions.
EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
3-4 MONTHS
This program consists of bi-weekly training sessions for a group of dedicated participants. The program begins with an outline based on discussed goals and iterates based on participant engagement. After 3-4 months participants will have experienced incremental shifts building up to a more open creative capacity.
CHALLENGE SOLVING PROGRAM
2-3 MONTHS
By focusing on a specific challenge, this program is designed uniquely for that challenge and the participants involved. Involvement requires 1-2 trainings a week building up through iterative testing to implementation planning for solving the challenge innovatively.
INNOVATIONS
The innovation program explores the status quo to identify challenges and work on developing transformation and/or innovation opportunities.
STRATEGY INNOVATION PROGRAM
2-4 MONTHS
The strategy innovation program comes in where there isn't a specific agenda, studying patterns & behaviours to explore opportunities for transformation & innovation.
By collectively identifying the opportunities for impact, participants own the process while experiencing the impact both personally & professionally.
